This Kettlebell Killer program is designed for you to have a quick and effective workout all while using a kettlebell! You’ll get 8 heart pumping full body workouts that will push you to your limits while focusing on muscular strength and endurance, stability, and some interval training. The program begins with a beginner kettlebell workout and difficulty progresses as the program continues. By the end of the program you will have learned new kettlebell exercises and will be a strong kettlebell user!
