This program is comprised of 8 different stretching routines; each addressing your flexibility, range of motion, body awareness. This program will increase mobility in everyday tasks, bring awareness to correct posture, and release tight muscles that can cause pain. Stretching for the office warrior routines can be done in a stable chair, and conclude with a relaxation routine that’s great for stressful or travel days. Other routines involve a mat or towel. Hold stretches 30 seconds except for dynamic movements where noted.
