These 8 workouts are comprised of lower body and core strength, athletic performance, and running workouts on the treadmill and outside. For the strength and athletic performance workouts, all you need is a mat and stopwatch.
For the running workouts, you will need a treadmill and/or outdoor running track. These workouts are designed for those getting into running shape or to add some variety to your current running routine. Mix and match the workouts each week to help improve your cardiovascular training.
