This 8 workout upper body and core program is designed to target all the major muscle groups of your upper body while conditioning your core. Workouts will progressively get more challenging, so be sure to do each workout in order for maximum benefits and safety precautions. The number of times you complete a circuit increases as the recovery time decreases. Your body should be able to recover at a faster pace towards the end of the program compared to when you first started this program.
